Terms of Service

We provide locksmith services including residential, commercial, automotive, safe and emergency lockout assistance from our workshop at 735 Beams Rd, Carseldine QLD 4034. Services are performed by trained locksmiths.

You must have the right to authorise access to any property, premises or vehicle we are asked to open. We may request identification or proof of ownership or occupancy before proceeding. We may decline a job where authority cannot be reasonably established.

Indicative pricing may be provided by phone. A firm quote is confirmed on-site where required. We will advise you of the cost before commencing work that incurs a charge beyond an agreed call-out fee. Additional work required due to on-site conditions is quoted before proceeding.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless prior account arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods will be advised at the time of booking. Invoices include a description of the work performed.

Where possible, we attempt non-destructive entry before drilling or forcing a lock. In some circumstances — for example, a failed or damaged lock — destructive entry may be necessary. We will advise you before taking any irreversible step, and any resulting hardware replacement is at your cost.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single service is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including liability for a major failure to provide a service with due care and skill.

For commercial and master key systems, we may retain keying schedules and signatory records to administer the system. Access to these records is controlled and used only to administer your keying system.
