Proof of ownership or authorised access is required before opening any safe. We reserve the right to decline where ownership cannot be established.

Common questions
I've forgotten my safe combination — can you help?
Often yes. We use dialling and manipulation techniques to recover access without damage in many cases. Where that isn't possible, controlled drilling and lock replacement is the fallback, and we'll explain the cost before proceeding.
Can you open my safe without drilling?
We always attempt non-destructive methods first. Whether drilling is needed depends on the lock type, condition and whether the lock has failed mechanically. We'll advise on-site.
Does a safe need to be bolted down?
Yes — an unsecured safe can simply be carried off. We bolt safes to floor or wall per the manufacturer's instructions, which is also usually an insurance requirement.
Can you move my existing safe?
We assess the safe's weight, access and fixing, then arrange relocation and re-fixing. Some safes require specialist handling; we'll tell you what's involved.
