Keys and remotes, coded on-site.
Modern vehicle security means a cut key alone won't start the car — it must be coded to the immobiliser. We cut and program transponder keys and remotes for a wide range of makes, and provide emergency entry when you're locked out.
Capabilities
What this service covers
Transponder key coding
Keys cut and programmed to the vehicle immobiliser, including spare and replacement keys.
Remote & fob replacement
Replacement remotes programmed and paired; battery and button repair for existing fobs.
Spare key duplication
Keep a working spare before you lose the only one — far cheaper than a lost-all-keys recovery.
Lost all keys recovery
Keys cut and coded when no original exists, where the vehicle and system allow it.
Broken key extraction
Snapped keys removed from door locks and ignitions, with a replacement cut on-site.
Emergency vehicle entry
Non-destructive car opening when keys are locked inside the vehicle.
Proof of vehicle ownership is required before we cut or code any automotive key. This protects owners against unauthorised key creation.
Straight Answers
Common questions
Can you code a key if I've lost all of them?
In many cases yes. We cut and program a new key to the vehicle's immobiliser. Some models require a diagnostic procedure or, occasionally, dealer involvement — we'll tell you what's possible for your vehicle when you call.
Do you come to the car, or do I come to you?
We're mobile across Brisbane for entry and on-site coding. Some programming tasks are best done at the workshop; we'll advise based on your vehicle.
What makes do you cover?
A wide range of common Australian-market makes. Tell us the year, make and model and we'll confirm coverage and pricing before attending.
Is a spare key worth it?
Almost always. Duplicating a working key is significantly cheaper than recovering from a total key loss, which can require diagnostics and longer downtime.
